The candidate portal
At /me, a candidate sees every application, their verification, what is waiting for them, and their data.
Signing in
Candidates sign in from the button in an application or check email. Links work once and last 72 hours. The normal sign-in page works too.
What is there
- Is this your application?, for anything sent with their email address, answered Yes, I sent it or I didn't send this.
- A to do list: confirm or verify held applications, verify or share a check, review and sign offers, the interview check, pick an interview time, and the day one check.
- Their verification: not yet verified, verified until a date, checked on device, in review or expired.
- Upcoming interviews with a join link.
- Every application with its status and history. Open ones can be withdrawn.
- Passkeys, used as an optional quick confirmation at later steps. Elsin keeps the public key, never a face or fingerprint.
Their data
- See my data
- Lists each kind of data Elsin holds about them.
- Download as JSON
- A file of their data. Link tokens and hashes are left out.
- Withdraw face check consent
- Deletes their identity, check sessions and links at once.
- Delete account
- Deletes their sign-in and verification, and unlinks their applications. Each employer keeps its own copy, so the candidate asks each one to erase it. Members of a hiring team leave it first.
