Create a workspace

A workspace is your organisation on Elsin: its members, jobs, candidates, settings and plan.

Sign up at elsin.io/sign-up with your name, work email and a password of at least 8 characters, or continue with Surf or Google. Confirm your email from the link Elsin sends; it works once and lasts an hour.

Name the workspace

Elsin suggests a name and an address from your email. The name can be up to 120 characters. The address, or slug, is lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, up to 48 characters, and your workspace lives at /o/your-slug. Reserved words such as careers, book and feeds cannot be used.

The slug cannot be changed later, so pick the one you want your careers page to carry.

Elsin fills in your time zone and website and fetches your company logo from your email's domain. You can change all three in Settings.

Let colleagues join on their own

Tick auto-join and anyone who signs up with your company's email domain can join as an Interviewer, within your seat limit. Webmail domains such as gmail.com cannot use it.

Limits

  • One person can own up to 3 workspaces at a time and create up to 5 in a year.
  • A new workspace starts on the free tier: 2 seats, 1 open job and 25 verifications a month.
  • If you picked a plan on the pricing page, you go straight to checkout, with a 14-day trial. Otherwise you land on New job, which on an ATS plan points you to Connect your ATS.
