Every person you have heard from, searchable, tagged and grouped so good people are not lost between roles.
Finding people
Search candidates by name, email or tag, and filter by job, stage, status, source, tag and verification. Sort by recently active, newest, oldest or name.
Tags
Up to 20 tags per person, 40 characters each. Tags are lowercased, so Senior and senior are one tag.

Owners, admins and recruiters make the changes here. Track outreach as to contact, contacted, engaged or not interested. Add up to 100 people at a time to a pool or an open job.
On a candidate
Notes with mentions, up to 5,000 characters, and an AI summary of the résumé. Summaries are limited to 20 per person an hour and 300 per workspace a day, and an admin can turn them off, which deletes every stored summary.
