When it is sent

Automatically when a candidate is marked hired. Owners and admins can turn that off; it is on by default. You can also send it from the candidate's page or the review queue. The link lasts 60 days, or 14 from the review queue.

What it does

The same as the interview check: the same ID, two head turns and a face match on the device. Anyone who cannot do it can send their ID to a person instead, which goes to review.

Device match

Same ID, and the face matched it on the device. Not a flag.

Mismatch

A different ID or face. Goes to review.

Inconclusive

A grey-band face, an ID sent instead of the face check, or the person was only verified after they were hired. Goes to review.
