Verify once, apply anywhere
One check counts at every employer on Elsin for 12 months.
When a second employer asks a verified candidate to verify, the candidate opens the link and taps Share with that employer. No new scan.
What carries over
- Verified
- Arrives as Verified. That needs a person to have confirmed the ID, or a phone wallet ID or passport chip that proved it.
- Checked on device
- Arrives as Checked on device. If the candidate sends their ID photo, a person at an employer Elsin has approved can confirm it, which makes it Verified everywhere.
- Approved at one employer
- An approval of a manually sent ID, with no face match, counts at that employer only.
Expiry
A check lasts 365 days. After that the portal shows it as expired and offers to verify again. The old result is deleted 30 days after it expires.
